Yoga to me is the peace and stillness that lies within.  

In my yoga classes you can expect to be guided through a journey of the layers, using sound, anatomical queuing and sequencing to guide through an internal journey allowing you to find stability and openness in the body.

I use gentle and mindful techniques to allow deep focus and attention to guide you into the mind connecting soulfully to your spirit.

I draw from my thousands of hours of practice and training across various styles to allow the student to choose from a toolkit of techniques to develop a deep and impactful yoga practice, with a sense of humour!
